A new support taskbar item is available for importing and exporting tagged files. On the taskbar, a button appears as part of the Layers group when you’re using a tagged file to work with groups. Click the button to open the Import and Export dialog to export or import tagged files, without the need to choose a template.Change the way in which you add notes to your drawings by applying templates and themes from the New menu. When you open a drawing for the first time, you’ll see a new icon appear on the New menu called Templates and Themes, which shows your most-recently-used templates and themes. You can open the dialog and see the tags for the template or theme, as well as the tags for the active drawing.In the ARX export process, you can filter data for export. For example, you can create a list of features that you want to export and choose which features to include in the output.AutoCAD has always had the ability to work with and import and export tagged files. Starting in AutoCAD 2023, you can import and export tagged files by using templates and themes, as described in the last bullet. In addition to tagging folders, you can now tag files directly, without saving the files first.Importing and exporting tagged files is a feature that people already use, and users are familiar with the process and what’s involved. Therefore, we worked to make the process as intuitive as possible. You can import and export tagged files by using templates and themes.
