Join NCDCTA: Download and print the Membership Form and/or the Horse Registration Form. Please fill out the form(s) completely and mail to the address found on the form. Membership questions should be addressed to Steve Nelles - membership@ncdcta.org.

• Senior Individual - $47/year - may be Open or Adult Amateur (AA); AAs are 22 years of age or older and must comply with the USEF GR1306 Amateur Definition.
• Jr/YR Individual - $35/year - Juniors have not reached their 18th birthday as of December 1 of the membership year. Members are Young Riders from the beginning the year in which they reach 16 to the end of the year they reach 21. Supplying a BIRTHDATE is REQUIRED for Jr/YR Membership.
• Family - $27/year - MUST have a full Senior Individual Membership accompanying the membership and must share the same mailing address with the Senior Individual Member. Family members may be Open, AA or Jr/YR with the same requirements as listed above.

PLEASE NOTE: Online memberships applied for during AUGUST are CURRENT YEAR memberships; Online memberships applied for starting September 1 will be NEW YEAR memberships/horse registrations. To be eligible for HOY points, the ride and owner must be a current NCDCTA member and the horse must have a current annual registration. Horse Annual Registration requires either an annual full Volunteer Card OR $50 annual fee. Online Horse Registrations require the $50 fee; if you wish to register your horse with a Volunteer Card, please use the link for the print-able, mail-able form above.

NCDCTA is a "Group Member Organization" of the United States Dressage Federation. As such, we are represented, in a voting capacity, at Regional and Annual Business Meetings of the USDF by NCDCTA delegates/representatives from our membership or by proxy, as decided by the current NCDCTA Executive Board.

As a "GMO", a portion of NCDCTA membership dues is paid to the USDF. In addition to a voice in the national decision making process, each current GMO Member of NCDCTA receives a Group USDF Membership. This entitles NCDCTA members to receive the USDF Connection and other local publications such as the NCDCTA Newsletter.

Participating Members of USDF pay a separate application fee. Participating members are eligible for USDF Year End and Special Awards, in addition to a direct vote in business decided by the General Membership of USDF. Group Members of USDF are not eligible participate in the USDF Horse of the Year/Breed Awards however, there are other rider awards available to Group members.
